Project Challenge:
Several Government initiatives created a tremendous increase in workload: 150 active contracts for repair, alteration, and capital projects of over $200 million in construction value. GSA in this region did not have sufficient, experienced staff to oversee this activity.

Project Scope:
Capitol CREAG supplemented the existing GSA facilities professionals with 22 on-site staff members who provided Acquisition Management, Construction Management, and Facility Assessment services stationed throughout the entire 8-state GSA region including the regional headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Capitol CREAG also assisted the Region 4 GSA with separate discreet Construction Management task orders in response to the needs of GSA clients and their various projects located in Pensacola, Florida; Eastland, Mississippi; and Aberdeen, Mississippi. Capitol CREAG also partnered to provided detailed Facility Assessment analyses for over 100 federally owned or leased facilities across the region.
