Principal
The Principal is responsible for scope, directions and completion of the Program Oversight as well as the commitment of the Firm’s resources to the project. The Principal monitors the status of the project and is also responsible for communications with the Client, overall project management and the presentation of final work products. Generally, Principals will have 5-10 years of experience with several years as manager of engagement for the Federal government. Typically will have a BS/BA Degree minimum and a Masters Degree is preferred. The individual will be required to have skills in the areas of transaction, facilitation, negotiations and Quality Assurance/Control. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
General Counsel/Legal Consultant
The General Counsel will have a professional degree in law and will have at least 5 years experience as a legal advisor with extensive experience working with government agencies and private sector businesses in a variety of transactions including contracting, public-private partnerships, real estate asset management, commercial lending, real estate purchases and sales commercial leasing and project development. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Senior Officer/Director/Project Executive
The Executive typically has over 5 years of specialized industry experience. This individual will be utilized on a short term, limited basis to resolve complex policy, strategic, technical, operation, financial or market issues. Typically this individual will have a BS/BA degree as a minimum with a Masters preferred. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Program Manager/Senior Project Manager
The Program/Senior Project Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for overall planning and executing the project or task orders. Provides business, technical, and personnel management across a major single project or multiple projects. Typically this person will have at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects and have a BA/BS degree. This individual will also normally be the Task Order/Project Quality Control Manager. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Project Manager
The Project Manager is the secondary or alternate day-to-day contact for overall planning and executing the project or task orders. This is the person in charge of obtaining the necessary information from the client, coordinating all personnel and ensuring the quality and timeliness of the work productions and deliverable. Provides comprehensive definition of all technical aspects of project requirement including program development, analysis of program mission, goals and objectives. Typically this person will have at least 3 years of experience in managing complex projects and have a BA/BS degree. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager is the principal assistant to the Program and/or Project Mangers and will perform those specific coordination duties involving personnel, gathering data, basic analysis of the gathered information, quality control monitoring and deliverable productions as set forth by them. Typically this person will have 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Management and possess a BA/BS degree. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Senior Analyst
The Senior Analyst provides senior functional and technical skills for the development and redesign of current business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of core competencies such as strategic business planning, problem solving techniques or outsourcing initiatives. Formulate and design cost-effective strategies to meet customer objectives. Leads and participates in facilitation workshops. Must be adept at problem definition and resolution. Typically this person will have at least 7 years of experience and have a BA/BS degree. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Program Analyst
The Program Analyst provides functional and technical skills for the development and redesign of current business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of core competencies such as strategic business planning, problem solving techniques or outsourcing initiatives. The Analyst participates in data collection, modeling, analysis, documentation and product generation. Organizes and translates data into information for studies, reports, and documentation. Conducts analysis including defining parameters of requested data output and analysis. Collects, compiles and assembles data for financial and analytical reports. Provides research support. Assists in preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables. Typically this person will have at least 5 years of experience and have a BA/BS degree. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Assistant Analyst
The Assistant Analyst participates in data collection, modeling, analysis and product generation. Organizes and translates data. Provides research support. Assists in preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables. May provide technical writing, editing, technical support or graphic support. Typically this person will have at least 2-4 years of experience and have a BA/BS degree. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Senior Contracts Executive
Senior Contracts Executive provides contract activity with moderate to high risk to the business unit. Contract activity may be non-routine and require development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives. Generally involves independent judgment and analysis of significant issue identification and resolution. May require development of new contract policies and processes or assessment of required deviations from established norm. Requires a lower degree of management attention. Assists in the planning, organization, documentation, and execution of all duties that are associated with the procurement of services utilizing contracts along with associated administrative duties. Engages in all duties associated with procurements, from initial request for the procurement to final contract closeout. Resolves all issues affecting compliance and ensure satisfaction of legal requirements; GSA and customer objectives; advises management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions; may be responsible for the training and/or supervision of assigned employees. Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft software programs. Typically this person will meet all qualifications as a Contract Specialist III with at least 20+ years of acquisition experience. Candidates with GSA or other Federal agencies (with previous Contracting Officer Warrant) preferred. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Contracts Specialist I
The Contracts Specialist I provides contract activity with low to moderate risk to business unit per standard policy. Includes defined, repetitive functions. Typically handles routine or standard form contract agreements and related documentation in accordance with established contract policies and procedures. Requires a minimum of independent business judgment and a high degree of management attention. Typically this person will have 2-5 years of general business or contract related experience and have a BA/BS degree. Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) desirable. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Contracts Specialist II
Provides contract activity with moderate to high risk to the business unit. Contract activity may be non-routine and require development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives. Typically this person will have 10 years of business or related experience, generally including supervisory/mentoring responsibility; advanced contract and technical knowledge, and/or experience in international contracting, joint venture formation, strategic partnering, or other highly complex contractual arrangements and have a BA/BS degree or an advanced degree is desireable. Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) and Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) desirable. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Senior Contract Closeout Specialist
The Senior Contract Close-Out Specialist assists federal contracting offices with full service contract close-out program. This person may manage other Contract Close-Out Specialists and is skilled at reviewing GSA/federal contracts and making sure that all policies and procedures in the contract are being followed. This includes making sure all contracts and financial statuses are up to date and audit-ready. Our proprietary software allows us to track and report on all contracts as we process the contracts. Typically this person will have at least 5 years of experience and have a BA/BS degree. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.

Senior Engineer/Architect Consultant
The Senior Engineer provides leadership developing complex technical solutions for planning and engineering studies and analysis. Plans project coordination and management. Provides comprehensive definition of all technical aspects of project requirements with engineering disciplines. Knowledgeable of local and national codes. Performs evaluation of alternatives and assessments of risks and costs as well as investigative engineering. Typically this person will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and have a BA/BS degree in engineering/architectural field.
Project Engineer/Architect Consultant
The Project Engineer/Architect Consultant provides leadership developing basic technical solutions for planning and engineering studies and analysis. Reviews organizations’ functions, interrelationships and program requirements. Provides space utilization planning, functional relationships and office layouts. Supports the Project Manager or Senior Engineer/Architect. Typically this person will have at least 2 years of relevant experience and have a BA/BS degree in engineering/architectural field.
Junior Engineer/Architect Consultant
The Junior Engineer/Architect Consultant provides technical assistance in applications under the direction of more senior personnel. Typically this person will have a BA/BS degree in engineering/architectural field. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Strategic Space Planner/Programming
The Strategic Space Planner/Programming Consultant will be the Subject Matter Expert and principal consultant on all matters pertaining to interior workspace layout and facilities utilization. Will possess knowledge of Government workspace requirements, interior lighting, furniture systems and accompanying interior related disciplines. Typically, this person will posses 1 to 2 years of experience in this area and have a BA/BS degree. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Scheduler
The Scheduler develops illustrative schedules to show integration of various time aspects of the task. Prepares and analyzes sequencing of activities, activity inderdependencies and proposed program schedules. Supports the Project Manager in all scheduling requirements. Typically this person will have an AA degree or equivalent. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Project/Cost Estimator
The Project/Cost Estimator performs cost estimating. Provides conceptual estimates during Pre-design phase. Performs quantity surveys from design documents and applies cost to quantities of materials. Identifies unusually high cost items in relation to other facilities. Typically this person will have 8 years of relevant experience and an AA degree or equivalent. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Senior Quality Control Manager
The Senior Quality Control performs audits of construction and quality control. Checks compliance to specifications, standards, and construction practices. Typically this person will have an AA degree or equivalent. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Realty Specialist
The Realty Specialist will be experienced in all areas of Real Estate evaluation, leasing, asset management and coordination. Typically this person will have 2 to 4 years in this field and will have received specialized education in real estate finance, lease and acquisition vehicles and strategies. Typically a BA/BS degree is required. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Consultants
Program Analyst, Turnkey Solutions, Property Agreements, Occupancy Agreement Consultants will typically be the subject matter experts in their specialty of program analyst, turnkey solutions, property agreements and occupancy agreements and will possess formal specialized education and certifications in their Real Estate / Construction / Specialty areas in addition to a BA/BS degree. Must be able to work in a team setting and coordinate specialty information both upward and downward in the team. They will provide expert advice and consultation in matters of Business Planning, Processes and Survey / Analysis. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Appraiser
The Appraiser will be the Task Order/Project subject matter expert in all matters dealing with Real Property appraisals. Typically this person will have 2 to 4 years experience in this field as well as specialized appraisal training with a BA/BS degree. Additional experience may substitute for education and/or years of experience.
Technical Support
Technical Support performs routine and complex technical CADD functions. Works under the supervision of more senior personnel. Typically this person will have 2 years of relevant experience and an AA degree or equivalent.
Administrative Support
The Administrative Support person will be the principal administrative support person for all levels of the Task Order/Project Team. They will be expected to prepare documentation, maintain personnel and task related records and function as the Coordinator for all matters pertaining to Task order Administration. This person will posses 1 to 2 years of administrative experience and knowledge of computerized systems and be a High School Graduate.
