Design Phase Management
From concept development to final design, our experts can help manage the entire design effort ensuring the completed design meets the owner’s functional requirements as well as quality, schedule and budget. We assist owners as they develop the program requirements, the design scope of work and select an Architect/Engineer and monitor all design phases coordinating design reviews, producing cost estimates and schedules. As the design team develops the design documents, (Design Intent Documents (DIDs) and Construction Documents (CDs), we coordinate the approvals of the drawings by all parties; conduct a pre-bid conference for qualified contractors; analyze contractor quotes, bids, and/or proposals; and assist in final contractor negotiations.
Construction Management
Throughout the construction process, employing industry best practices, we monitor the quality, schedule and budget of construction projects to ensure a quality project delivered on-time and within budget. Our team provides home office and on-site management and oversight of construction activities and serves as the owner’s representative to identify and resolve construction related issues, manage cost and schedule, and ensure contract compliance and requirement conformance. As an extension of the owner’s staff, we provide the construction expertise to make educated decisions regarding the construction process.
