CAFM Engineer II

Capitol CREAG is looking for a CAFM Engineer II in the DC area, working on behalf of a federal agency.

Summary:

The CAFM Engineer II must have experience in conducting facility surveys using the ANSI/BOMA Z65.1 measurement standard; have a familiarity with architecture, engineering and construction; have the ability to read and interpret building construction drawings and use laser measuring devices; and possess CAD software skills and database management skills. The CAFM Engineer II must be able to efficiently use CAD, CAFM, CIFM technologies. Knowledge and understanding of GSA PBS National Business Space Assignment Policy and eSmart are highly desirable.

Minimum Education:

BA/BS in a related academic field plus 4 yrs directly related experience, or 6 yrs directly related experience.

Government Experience and clearance (HSPD-12) preferred.

BA/BS in a related academic field plus 4 yrs directly related experience, or 6 yrs directly related experience.

Government Experience a plus.
