Capitol CREAG is seeking to fill Privatization PM Specialist positions in support of Government Agency.

Summary:

The Privatization Project Manager Specialist is responsible for planning, programming, budgeting, and executing PPV projects. PPV project development includes conceptual analysis, feasibility determinations, financial pro-forma modeling, solicitation development, proposal evaluation, negotiation, design, construction, property management, and overall business agreement execution and management. Serves as the primary POC and liaison for all assigned projects; represents the client at meetings regarding the identification and management of resources on projects; conducts on-site evaluations of project effectiveness; builds alliances and coalitions with all parties involved to further the successful identification, development, and portfolio oversight of PPV projects; leads multi-disciplined teams, conducts performance reviews; and assists in developing and executing client PPV program.
