Capitol CREAG is seeking to fill Manager and Senior Program Analyst positions for Government Agency in the District of Columbia.

Summary:

• Reviews and manages audit response requirements for compliance with due dates and proper coordination.
• Monitors and evaluates management implementation of recommendations contained in Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports and audits issued by the IG, as well as implementation of actions to correct material and other control weaknesses.
• Coordinates corrective actions and makes recommendations on the suitability of the actions.
• Assists Team Leader in the implementation of Management Control Improvement Program.
• Participates in evaluations, and reviews work as it is completed to ensure that all pertinent internal control issues are addressed as part of the evaluation.
• Makes evaluative analyses of new or established programs, including matters related to program objectives, policies, work operations, budgetary resource estimates and utilization and other related matters.
• Provides critical review of action papers, staff studies, financial regulations and manuals, and special action papers relating to/concerning the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO).
